Scoring Protocol: How We Rate 📊
At CCTV Rush Hub, our reviews aren’t just opinions—they are forensic breakdowns. We evaluate every game through a high-definition lens to ensure you know exactly what’s worth your shift time and what’s just digital noise.
Our Evaluation Metrics
To provide a consistent “Signal Strength,” we grade every title based on four core pillars:
1. Mechanics & Logic
How deep does the surveillance system go? We test the AI behavior, the complexity of the anomaly patterns, and the fairness of the difficulty spikes. If the game breaks its own rules, the score drops.
2. Atmosphere & Immersion
Does the environment make you feel isolated? We evaluate sound design (the hum of the monitors, the distant footsteps) and visual fidelity—whether it’s crisp 4K or intentionally grainy VHS aesthetics.
3. Interface & UX
In a game about fast reactions, the UI is your primary weapon. We rate how intuitive the camera switching, map navigation, and reporting tools feel. Clunky menus are a security risk.
4. Replayability
Once you’ve survived the first night, is there a reason to go back? We look for branching paths, hidden lore, procedurally generated scares, and unlockable upgrades.
The Rating Scale
Our final score is represented on a 0 to 10.0 scale:
- 9.0 – 10.0 | Elite Clearance: A masterpiece of the genre. Mandatory play for any operator.
- 7.0 – 8.9 | Stable Feed: High-quality gameplay with minor glitches. Highly recommended.
- 5.0 – 6.9 | Static Noise: An average experience. Has potential but suffers from repetitive loops or poor optimization.
- 3.0 – 4.9 | System Failure: Significant flaws in logic or design. Only for the most dedicated fans.
- 0 – 2.9 | Total Blackout: Broken beyond repair. Unplayable.
Editorial Integrity
- No Bribes: Our reviews cannot be bought. If a game is bad, we’ll report the anomaly exactly as we see it.
- Full Disclosure: If we received a review copy from a developer, it will be clearly labeled at the top of the report.
- Patch Updates: If a major update fixes a “broken” game, we will revisit our score to reflect the current state of the feed.
“Data doesn’t lie, but perspective matters. We provide the data; you make the call.”
